The number of Established BGP sessions has moved from zero to one. DC-BGP has started a timer. While this timer is running, route advertisement will be postponed unless DC-BGP has no other internal work to do. This allows the Loc-RIB to converge before advertising routes to peers, preventing the same route being advertised multiple times.
